The "Voices" conference schedule outline is as follows.
March 31st / Tuesday: Arrival Day
• The first event of "Voices of South Africa" will be the evening Opening
Concert, a showcase of the extraordinary variety of South African choral
traditions. Conference attendees will have the morning/afternoon to arrive, register, settle into housing, and return to the Stellenbosch University campus for the
inaugural concert at 20:00.
April 1st / Wednesday:
• Morning and afternoon sessions
• Evening concert by South African choirs at Stellenbosch University
April 2nd / Thursday:
• Morning and afternoon sessions
• IFCM Track: free evening or purchase a ticket with your registration for
the Wine & Song Evening at Delheim Winery. More information is on the
Registration webpage. The SUICCS Track will
have a church music concert - go to SUICCS
for more information.
April 3rd / Friday:
• Morning and afternoon sessions
• Evening Youth Choirs Concert at Stellenbosch University
April 4th/ Saturday:
• Morning and afternoon sessions
• Gala Closing Concert featuring Stellenbosch University choirs and the
inauguration of CHORISA.
April 5th/ Sunday: Departure day
