DATES & BASIC SCHEDULE:
All of the conference sessions and evening concerts will be held at Stellenbosch
University. Full schedule click here.
• March 31st: Arrival day - Opening Concert in the evening
• April 1st: Morning and afternoon sessions, evening concert
• April 2nd: Morning sessions, afternoon sessions, free
evening or special ticket "Wine & Song" evening at Delheim
Winery (see below)
• April 3rd: Morning and afternoon sessions, evening concert
• April 4th: Morning and afternoon sessions, Gala Closing

FEES / COSTS:

Voices of South Africa conference registration includes access to and participation
in all IFCM conference sessions, entry to four evening concerts, and copies
of Open Sing scores. Lunches are not included but are easily available on
the University campus or at nearby restaurants and cafes.
• IFCM uses the HDI (human development index" published by the United Nations)
for conference fee structures. To find your country and HD Index number,

HD Index 1 countries:
2,000 South African Rand; (approximately $200 U.S. or 150 €)
HD Index 2 countries:
1,750 South African Rand; (approximately $175 U.S. or 135 €)
HD Index 3 countries:
1,500 South African Rand; (approximately $150 U.S. or 115 €)
Wine & Song Evening:

Stellenbosch is one of the most famous wine regions in the world! We have
arranged a special evening of "Wine & Song" at the famous
Delheim Winery. We will enjoy a tour,
wine tasting, traditional South African food and, of course, some choral
music! Transportation to/from the winery is included. Cost per person is
R300 / $30 / 25€ . We have only 50 spaces
available, so reserve your ticket on the Voices registration form now!
HOUSING:
Stellenbosch
is rich with lovely guest houses. Conference participants may make their
housing reservation with one of the local Stellenbosch guest houses partnering
with our conference. Rooms are limited, so make your reservation early!
And remember to mention IFCM and "Voices of South Africa". Average
cost per night, including breakfast, is approximately R500-600 for a single room,
R600-800 for a double (~300-400per person).
